Anagranimals plush toys are adorable cuddly animals in 3 sections. a head, a body and a bottom part. Kids can mix and match the different parts, and with 6 different Anagranimals to collect, the potential combinations are seemingly endless.
From an adult perspective the mixing and matching may seem a little ‘so what’ but for young children, our testing showed that it’s highly entertaining for them – kids find it hilarious! Perhaps just as importantly though Anagranimals had a positive developmental/educational impact by way of kids learning about different animals, developing their touch sensitivity and encouraging their imaginative play propensity.
The toys are made from seemingly high quality materials, and although we gave it a very good go, we couldn’t manage to break, tear or split them despite using considerable adult strength. We also had some rather rough and ready kids try the product out and both the versions we tested easily withstood the onslaught!
The Anagranimals are very cuddly, and we could definitely see them becoming a favourite bed time toy. The process of sticking and unsticking the Anagranimals is very easy, and consistently sticks without any problem (via in built velcro). The bottoms are filled with a kind of ‘beanie’ substance, whereas the other parts are fairly typical plush soft materials. This contrast in textures adds to the tactile experience for kids.
